A European transfer often starts at an airport and ends in another country: Malpensa to St. Moritz, Geneva to Chamonix or Courchevel, Zurich to St. Anton. The chauffeur who meets you in arrivals is the one who opens the car door at your hotel, and nobody changes cars at the border.
The service runs from six bases, Zurich and Geneva in Switzerland, Milan and Lamezia Terme in Italy, Madrid in Spain and Munich in Germany. Around them work licensed partner chauffeurs and carriers, selected with the same rules and followed by the same office. That is why a transfer from Paris Charles de Gaulle or a day in the Langhe is booked and tracked exactly like a ride across Zurich.
You book online in four steps: the trip, the vehicle class, the passenger details, then billing and payment. The price appears before you go ahead. Tolls and airport parking are in the quote. What you approve is what you pay.
The office answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and also arranges a chauffeur by the hour, ground transport for private jets and helicopters, delegations with protocol requirements, corporate events and the urgent delivery of documents. For companies, Blacklux is an NLA member with a verified D-U-N-S number, for the procurement offices that ask for one.
Where we drive.
The core is Switzerland and Northern Italy: Zurich, Geneva, Lugano and Basel on one side, Malpensa, Linate, Bergamo and Turin on the other, with the lakes and the Alpine resorts in between. Between Milan and Zurich the car crosses the border at Gaggiolo or Chiasso and goes under the Alps through the Gotthard or the San Bernardino tunnel, whichever is moving better that day.
From Geneva the car enters France for Chamonix, Courchevel, Méribel and Val Thorens, and Basel EuroAirport has both a Swiss and a French exit. From Zurich it reaches the Austrian Arlberg, with St. Anton, Lech and Zürs. The times in the table are for free-flowing traffic, and Saturdays in the ski season or summer weekends take longer.
Further south, Naples, Lamezia Terme and Palermo serve the Amalfi Coast, Calabria and Sicily. Away from the Alps we also work from Paris Charles de Gaulle, from Madrid Barajas and from the Munich base.

All vehiclesFor two or three people with a suitcase each, Standard Class is enough. First Class adds rear screens and tinted windows, for a three-hour drive you want to spend working or asleep. Heading for the Alps in winter, choose the SUV: all-wheel drive, five seats and room for five bags, with the skis declared at booking. Families and small groups take the Van Standard, seven seats and seven bags, or the Van First Class, where four seats face each other around a table.
Teams and wedding guests travel in the 12-seat van or the 14-seat minibus, and larger groups in two vehicles. On request there are the Maybach S-Class, the Maybach GLS 600 and the Rolls-Royce Ghost.

In arrivals, with your name on a tablet
At the airport the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, after customs, with a tablet showing your name or your company's logo, and the chauffeur's contact details reach you before you land. At a hotel or an office, the chauffeur is at the door at least fifteen minutes early.

Give us the flight number. The office follows the flight, moves the pick-up if you land early or late, and sends the chauffeur to the right terminal.

60 minutes at the airport, 15 at the hotel
At airports, ports and train stations, drivers wait up to 60 minutes in case of delays beyond the scheduled arrival time, at no extra charge. At hotels, offices and private addresses, 15 minutes of waiting are included. For extended delays, our team will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.

Skis, golf bags and oversized luggage
Declare them at booking and the office assigns a vehicle with the right boot, an SUV or a van. Child seats and boosters are free: add them in the second step and write the child's age and weight in the notes.

Which countries do you drive in?
Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Austria, from six bases and with a network of licensed partners. A destination that is not listed here can still be priced: ask for a quote and the office replies with the full cost.
What happens at the border?
You carry on in the same car with the same chauffeur. Each passenger carries the documents required for their nationality, children included, and if you are not sure which borders your journey crosses, ask the office before you travel.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, in a closed carrier, and you mention it in the notes when you book. Assistance animals travel without a carrier. If the trip crosses a border, check the documents the animal needs to enter the country as well.
I'm skiing for a week. Can I book the return now?
Yes. The outward and the return journey can be requested together in the quote, each with its own date and pick-up time.
Can the chauffeur meet a private jet?
Yes. The chauffeur waits at the FBO or, where the airport allows it, on the apron, at Lugano Agno, Malpensa, Zurich and Geneva. Give us the operator and the tail number at booking and the office arranges the access.
Can I keep the chauffeur for a whole day?
Yes, with the hourly service: two hours minimum, 20 km included for every hour, and as many stops as you need, with the waiting already in the price. You can book it in Milan, Zurich, Geneva and around the lakes.
What if my flight is delayed?
At airports, ports and train stations, drivers wait up to 60 minutes in case of delays beyond the scheduled arrival time, at no extra charge. At hotels, offices and private addresses, 15 minutes of waiting are included. For extended delays, our team will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.
