  • Your flight, monitored by our team

    Share your flight number with us and we'll monitor it for you. Whether you land early or experience a delay, your chauffeur will be ready when you arrive.

  • 60 minutes at the airport, 15 at any other address

    At airports, ports and train stations, drivers wait up to 60 minutes in case of delays beyond the scheduled arrival time, at no extra charge. At hotels, offices and private addresses, 15 minutes of waiting are included. For extended delays, our team will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.

  • Meet & Greet

    Your chauffeur will meet you after customs, holding a tablet displaying your name or company logo. They'll assist with your luggage and accompany you directly to your vehicle.

  • Fixed price, tolls and parking included

    The quote covers motorway tolls and airport parking. Ferries, tunnels and train crossings are quoted separately, and always before you pay.

Your arrival is already taken care of. We monitor your flight, coordinate your chauffeur and make sure everything is ready when you step out of the terminal.

Do I need to tell you the terminal?

The flight number is enough: the office sees which terminal you land at and sends the chauffeur to the right exit. If you know the terminal already, add it to the notes.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

I have more luggage than the class allows.

Each class states the number of large pieces it carries safely. With more, book the next class up or a second vehicle: the chauffeur can refuse luggage that does not fit.

Can I cancel?

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up, from your account or through support. Closer than that, contact the office and we look at the best option together.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. The passenger's details go in the booking, yours as the payer. Confirmations reach the passenger, the receipt reaches you.
